1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site") operated by Web Box Marketing Management L.L.C ("Webbox", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade License No. 1559063, with registered address at Office 1002-029, Aspin Commercial Building, Trade Centre First, Dubai, UAE.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Definitions

  • "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and other material on the Site.
  • "Services" means the marketing, web design, and related services Webbox offers, as described on the Site.
  • "You" means the person or business accessing the Site.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaches applicable UAE law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • introduce malicious code, or interfere with the Site's operation or security;
  • scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site or its Content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
  • use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unlawful communications.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice.

4. Our Services and enquiries

The Site describes our Services across three areas: Get Found (PR distribution, guest posting, SEO, and generative engine optimisation), Build & Convert (web design), and Automate & Optimise (AI consultation and AI automation).

Information about Services on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Pricing is not published on the Site. To engage us, you may book a call or submit an enquiry through the Site. Any resulting engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or service contract) between you and Webbox, which will take precedence over these Terms in respect of that engagement.

Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract for Services or oblige either party to proceed.

5. Bookings

Where you schedule a call or meeting through our booking tool, you agree to provide accurate information. We may reschedule or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

6. Intellectual property

All Content on the Site, including the Webbox name, brand, logos, design, and text, is owned by or licensed to Web Box Marketing Management L.L.C and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print Content for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit it commercially without our prior written consent.

Any trademarks, logos, or brand names of third parties that may appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or reference only.

7. Third-party links and materials

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party materials (including published client work). We provide these for convenience and do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Webbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webbox against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Please review it at /legal/privacy-policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shown on this page reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
