Refund Policy
Last updated 4 August 2026
This policy explains when you can cancel a placement and receive a refund, and how that refund is returned to you. It sits alongside the placement terms you agree to at checkout.
When you can get a refund
You can cancel a placement and be refunded in full at any time before it has been sent to a publisher or gone live. In practice that is a placement that is:
- Queued and not yet started.
- Held for a content review.
- Failed our quality checks (Copyscape, AI detection, or editorial review).
Cancelling refunds that single placement. It does not affect the other placements in your order.
Content that fails our checks
You are never charged for work you cannot use. If an article does not pass our quality checks, you can rewrite it, replace it with a new document, or cancel that placement for a full refund.
When a refund is not available
Once a placement is engaged it can no longer be cancelled for a refund. That covers a placement that has been sent to a publisher, is being written or amended, is awaiting your approval, is being published, or is already live. Published and delivered placements are final.
Where we do not deliver a placement you have paid for, your remedy is a replacement placement or a refund of that placement.
How your refund is returned
A refund goes back the way you paid:
- Account credit: returned to your credit balance, ready to spend again straight away.
- Card or PayPal: returned to the card or PayPal balance you paid with.
- Monthly account: the charge is reversed off your account.
- Invoice: refunded directly in PayPal. We process this by hand and confirm it by email.
How to request a refund
Open your Orders page, find the placement, and use the cancel option where it is available. If a placement is past the point where you can cancel it yourself and you believe a refund is due, email us at info@webbox.ae and we will review it.
A refund always cancels the placement it is issued against, so that placement can no longer be delivered.
